Installment 1 - within 30 days of booking: 10% of sale price less Rs.5,00,000 already paid on booking
Installment 2 - within 90 days of booking: 5% of sale price
Installment 3 - within 45 days of allotment: 12.5% of sale price
Installment 4 - within 105 days of allotment: 12.5% of sale price
